Application Procedure for Vocational Training in Canada

Step 1: Application Submission

Applicants are required to provide the following documents:

• Passport – valid bio-data page
• Academic credentials
• 4x4 passport size photo
• CV
• Email and phone number

Step 2: Admission Fee

Once you submit your documents, you are required to pay a $150 vocational training admission fee. We will then compile your documents and submit them to the vocational training school based on the field you want to study.

Step 3: Admission Processing

After payment, the admission procedure will take 3 to 5 days for the applicant to get admitted in a vocational school in Canada.

With the admission letter, we would then proceed to start the applicant’s visa procedure and putting their documents together.

Step 4: Proof of Funds

For proof of funds, each applicant is required to have a bank account with available balance of more than $4000 that will be included in the documents that will be submitted at the embassy.

Step 5: Visa Documentation & Fees

When all documents are ready, which will take 3 to 10 days to put documents together, and after we are done with the visa application, the applicant is required to pay:

• $100 for visa fee
• $85 for biometrics

Step 6: Embassy Submission & Final Payments

Once the embassy booking is completed, the applicant will be required to attend the Canadian Visa Application Centre in their country to submit their visa application and provide their biometrics.

After the embassy appointment, the applicant must pay $350 for office registration and visa application assistance.

Once the visa is approved, the applicant must pay the vocational training fee before submitting their passport for visa stamping.

After the vocational training fee is paid and the visa is collected, we will arrange airport pick-up for the applicant upon arrival.
